• “App” / “Platform” – Khobor mobile application and website owned and operated by Barta Ltd., including any updates.
• “User” / “You” – Any person accessing or using Khobor.
• “Content” – News summaries, headlines, text-to-audio, videos, or any other media provided within the App.
• “Sponsored Content” – Paid content or advertisements shown within the App, clearly marked as “Ad”, “Sponsored”, or equivalent.

• Khobor is a news aggregation and summarization platform.
• We collect and summarize news from third-party sources (e.g., licensed APIs, publishers) and display headlines and short summaries.
• Each summary includes a link to the original publisher’s website.
• Khobor does not host or permanently store full news articles. Any cached content is temporary.
• Barta Ltd. is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or reliability of third-party content. Responsibility lies with the original publisher.

By using the App, You agree that:

• You will use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You will not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute Khobor’s content without written permission.
• You will not misuse the App for illegal, unlawful, or harmful activities.
• Any personal information provided by You is accurate and up to date.

• Khobor may display advertisements and sponsored content.
• All such content will be clearly labeled (“Ad”, “Sponsored”, “Powered by”, etc.).
• We are not responsible for the products, services, or claims made in Sponsored Content.

• Khobor collects limited user data (e.g., login details, preferences, analytics) in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell Your personal data to third parties.
• Data may be processed or stored outside Bangladesh under appropriate safeguards.
• Users have rights to access, correct, and request deletion of their data, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Khobor is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• Barta Ltd. makes no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for purpose.
• We are not liable for:
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in third-party content
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Viruses, malware, or harmful components beyond our control
• Damages (direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) resulting from your use of Khobor

We may suspend or terminate Your access without notice if You:

• Violate these Terms
• Misuse the App
• Engage in unlawful activities

• These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Bangladesh.
• Any disputes shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
